The Rasta Salad

Ingredients:
• 2 cups of cherry tomatoes
• 2 cups of fresh golden gooseberries/goldenberries
• 2 avocados
• ¼ cup of black sesame seeds
• ½ cup of chopped coriander
• 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
• The juice of one lemon
• salt and pepper
Preparation:
Halve the larger cherry tomatoes and leave the smaller ones whole, cut half of the golden gooseberries and leave the other half whole.
Peel and cut the avocado into cubes.
Mix all the condiments and add to the salad... and yummm!
